The architect, Luis Uriarte, maintained all the essence of the colonial style yet incorporated the most modern requirements of a winery of today.
The wine-making and storage area of our winery was designed in 1999 by the renowned South African company, Techniques Trading, who also advised on the acquisition of state-of-the-art technology. We are also proud of our advanced laboratory that allows our team of oenologists an accurate handling of all indices and variables so that we are sure our production is of the highest quality.

The 6000 mts² of our winery houses 4 galleries containing 148 stainless steel tanks, 2 halls for 1300 barrels, the laboratory, a comfortable room where customers and visitors can taste our wines, a salesroom and access to the offices. With this infrastructure we have the capacity to produce 400.000 cases a year.
